Privacy Policy

This page explains, in plain English, what MathSheet Hub does and does not do with information about people who visit the site. The short version: we do not require an account, we do not ask for your email, and we do not run trackers beyond what our hosting and advertising providers need to keep the lights on.

What we collect

When you load a page on MathSheet Hub, our hosting provider records standard server logs: your browser’s user agent string, the page you requested, the time of the request, and an IP address. We use these logs to detect abuse (for example, a bot scraping every worksheet PDF in a tight loop) and to count overall traffic so we know which pages are useful. We do not attempt to identify individual visitors.

Cookies

MathSheet Hub itself does not set tracking cookies. Our advertising partners may set cookies in order to show you relevant advertising and to count ad impressions. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work without them, although ads may become less relevant.

Children

MathSheet Hub is intended for use by parents, teachers, and tutors who supervise children’s use of the internet. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not require any account creation, and there is no on-site mechanism for a child (or anyone else) to submit personally identifying information to us.

Advertising

The site is supported by display advertising. Ads appear in fixed slots labeled in our templates. We do not use interstitials, pop-ups, autoplay video, or sound. If you ever see an ad that violates that policy, please tell us so we can have it pulled.

Analytics

We use lightweight, server-side request counting to understand which worksheets get printed and which pages get visited. We do not run client-side analytics scripts that fingerprint individual visitors.

Data retention

Server logs are kept for at most 30 days, then rotated and deleted. We do not maintain a long-term database of visitors.

Your choices

You can browse MathSheet Hub without giving us any personal information. You can disable cookies in your browser. You can use an ad blocker if you prefer; the site will still work. If you have a question or a request about your data, email us using the address on the contact page and we will respond within a reasonable amount of time.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy in a way that materially changes how we handle visitor data, we will note the change at the top of the page. The current version was last reviewed in July 2026.
